1. Data controller
Fotocopias Perú, located at Galerías Brasil, Av. Gral. Eugenio Garzón 1272, Stand 93-A, Jesús María, Lima, is responsible for processing the personal data collected on this website, in accordance with Law No. 29733 (Personal Data Protection Law) and its Regulations. 2. Data we collect
Name, company or institution, email, phone, details of your order, the files you send us and the messages you write in the chat. We do not collect sensitive data.
3. Purpose
To handle your request, prepare a proposal, produce and deliver your order, and communicate with you about it. Only if you expressly agree will we send you occasional commercial news.
4. Legal basis and consent
We process your data with your free, prior, express and informed consent, given by ticking the box on the form. We record the date and time of that consent. You may withdraw it at any time.
5. Files and confidentiality
Files are transmitted encrypted (HTTPS), used exclusively to produce your order and not shared with third parties. You may request their deletion once the job has been delivered.
6. Retention
We keep data for as long as needed to handle your order and meet legal and tax obligations. After that it is deleted or anonymised.
7. Recipients and transfers
Only the staff handling your order and the technology providers required to operate the site (web hosting, email and, when enabled, the automated assistant service) access your data, acting on our behalf with appropriate security measures. Some of these providers may be located outside Peru.
8. Your rights (ARCO)
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection by writing to info@fotocopias-peru.com with the subject “ARCO rights” and a copy of your ID. We will respond within the legal time limits. If you believe they were not addressed, you may contact Peru’s National Personal Data Protection Authority.
9. Chat and cookies
The site assistant processes the messages you write in order to reply; please do not enter sensitive data. This site does not use advertising cookies; only technical browser storage to remember preferences such as the chat state.
